Shipping & Returns

Quick shipping conditions

Once the order is made, we will begin processing and note our staff to make order order. We charge the tracking number once the item is shipped out, and it usually takes 3-7 days to reach the door after the complete shipment. All orders that our customers receive are in original packaging. All buyers do not have to pay any extra cost, like tax as we send the items in gift name.
Shipment is made via EMS / USPS Express.
In some cases, there may be a customs charge applied to the package (very rare). This is the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping costs

Items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid full address, including apartment number, if applicable, for delivery.
They are responsible for the mail forwarding organization if they are moving, and to make a vacation stay, unless they anticipate they will be home when the package is scheduled to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the parcel, and will not be liable for the returned orders due in part by customer negligence.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with our product, you must contact us within a week. All items sent to our system must be in the original state, ie not worn, altered or washed, with all attached labels. Or merchandise will be returned to the sender.


1. Return authorization must be obtained from a customer service specialist. Or the returned package will be returned to you.
2. Please indicate the reason for the refund in order to obtain the return and return authorization to be addressed.
3. Configure goods safely. Please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address; Ship by name, address; order number; A reason to come back.

Exchanges of political exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order for goods. Specify the exchange object and the new color or e-mail size at customer service. Items must be in original condition and new to be accepted as a return. The availability of spare parts is not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon completion of exchange processing.
